Big Updates - Rogers, Producing

Greetings fellow followers, travelers and well wishers.
I've been busy since I last posted here. I will spare you the inane details.
1)Knuckleball
We are done shooting. Hoping to have a wrap party soon. Everything went well.
Shannon Litt was a dream to work with. She's young and lacks experience but makes up for it with sheer determination, skill and talent. She is going to be big one day, i just know it.
The Writers, Thomas and Dhruv are great to work with. Thomas is a very aggressive individual while Dhruv is more laid back and chill. I think T should be a Production Manager, as he has that obsessive compulsive need to organize and make sure all the pieces fit. I will be pressuring him into it.
Dhruv has a wedding photography business and is pretty skilled at taking photos.

Link below. Check him out people.

The cast and crew were fun to work with, professional and easy going. No hangups or egos got in the way. I promise I'll be working with them in the near future.

The edit is not going so great. I installed FCPX and regret it soooo much. I will be using Premier as it installed over my previous version of FCP and I can't find my install disks. I like to keep it legit. I will be writing Apple with complaints to the shoddy nature of their product. People are way too nice in their assessment of this toy they call a Pro Level piece of software.

Anyway,

I am also freelancing at Rogers Communications as a segment producer/animator. The work is dull but the rates are good, the people are spectacular and the location (other than the TTC) is easy to access.

Looking forward to more work here I hope.

That's it for now. I go and shoot my pilot in 1 week! Cross country baby.
Hollywood, here I come.
Peace.
